    Then all present would repeat the words "Chunhachtach Dhia do anáthair" Then after the butter is washed well in spring water they used to make it up into what was called prints. And before it was salted one print was put aside because they believed there was a cure in unsalted butter. Last of all they took the churn-dash and made the Sign of the Cross over the churn.
