The old people say if you had warts and you to be any place and come across water in a rock or stone, to wash the warts in the water that they would go, but if you would go to look for water to wash them with it that they would not go.
There was a woman in Carrareagh. Her name was Moylan. Some people say she was a witch, as she able to foretell what was to happen.
Nearly all the diseases the people had she would give them a cure. She would make up a cure herself while they would be within in the house. If someone came to her for cure for Rheumatics she would tell them(continues on next page)
