    There is a pot of gold hidden in Michael Mc Tiernan's fort Clenaghoo, Ballinamore, Co.Leitrim.

    About fifty years ago a man named Peter Prior sat in this fort one night, to see would he see any of leaprachan. It was on the first of April. About twelve o' clock that night when Peter was sitting in the fort he heard a rattle under the ground like as if buckets were hurling.
    He ran as quickly as he could to the house, he looked back and he saw a big fire in the fort. He went back again to the fort to see who had the fire. When he was up at the fort, he saw men who were dead fifty years before that sitting round the the fire. Peter went home as quickly as he could and
