  2. There is a fort near Tim Lynch's. A man named Michael Buckley dreamt that there was Gold in a little hill in the middle of the fort. So he got a spade and shovel, and (got) he went up to dig for the Gold. He had a little terrier with him and when he had one foot dug a little mouse ran out and the dog killed him. A second mouse came out and the dog ate him also. Another mouse came out and the dog ate him. Then the dog disappeared but he got no money. It is said that the terrier is minding the money now instead of the mices.
