    The Tramps are poor people who go around from house to house asking for alms and others of them selling things. They come in, and always when they come to the door they give a blessing. They ask if people would buy gallons or buckets or some ware like bowls or cups or holy things as prayer- books and beads and holy- pictures. Some people buy from them, but very seldom because the wares are not too good, and the tins are mostly always leaking. They never tell stories now as they used long
