  1. Story 14th 2nd 1938
    There was a woman in Moneen one time and she was very rich. The had a big box of gold and she was afraid to go out any place because she thought her gold might be stolen from her.
    One day she said to herself that she’d go to Loughrea to the market on the following Thursday.
    On Wednesday night she didn’t sleep at all only thinking of how she’d hide the box of gold because it was too heavy to bring with her. The night was very bright and the moon was shining brightly into her bedroom and she was all the time planning
