Ar an leathanach seo
- The churn we have at home is about two feet in height. It is of a tub shape. It is a foot square at the top, and bottom. It is about twelve years old. Two of the sides are round, and two of them are straight. The various parts of the churn are called, the churn- dash, the butter-cup, and the patters. Churning is made about twice a week, Winter and Summer. Strangers who come in generally take hold of the churn, as it is an old belief that if they didn't they would bring the butter with them. The majority of churns through -out the country at present are of(leanann ar an chéad leathanach eile)
