Churning generally takes a half an hour. Water is often put into the churn during the process. It helps to make the butter quickly. When the churning is made the butter is taken out with a butter-cup and put into the butter-dish. Then it is rinced thoroughly. When the butter is free from butter-milk, it is salted, and it is made into cubicals.
