    but he got in, in spite of them.
    While he was inside visiting the sick servant, a girl of the castle went out where the priest's horse was tied, and she slashed the saddle and bridle with a knife.
    When the priest, on returning to his horse, found this destruction done he became very angry, and it is said the he cursed this girl. He did not know who did it, but he suspected that it was one of the people of the castle.
    In a short time afterwards, a child was born to this girl and it had neither hands nor feet, but it grew up all the same. It was seen riding a horse, with straps holding it on it's back.
