    The lines that I have written above are the signs of rain that are the locally. The south-west winds are locally known as the wet winds, and the north-east winds are locally known as the dry winds. When the weather is going to change from fair and fine to wet and wild there are many signs observed by the local people such as a blow down the chimney.
