    It takes about a half hour to make a churn. The churn is made by hand. The churndash is always moved up and down when gathering the butter.
    The people when the butter is made when it comes in the lid. Cold water is poured in it in summer and hot in winter. That is why the water is poured in the churn to rince down the butter and milk from the lid.
    Before my Mother starts to [?] the butter first of all she gets the dish and washes it then she takes out the butter and then she washes it. Then she puts salt in it. When she has the churning made she
