My uncle prepares the ground
The ground is manured before

in making. Wooden ploughs we
used long ago. Spades are made
locally and bought in the shop.
Some people help one another sown
potatoes. My mother and I pick the
potatoes from the earth. Potatoes are
stored in pits. The local names of
