    he came as far as the house the thing jumped off his shoulders. When he felt it gone he cycled as fast as he could until he came to the gate of his own house. When he came as far as it he heard crying at the bush at the end of the hill.
    He did not pretend to hear it, but when he was in half the field he heard beautiful music out at the gate. He left down the bicycle and when he came as far as the gate the music stopped.
    He went away in and brought the bicycle with him and put it into the barn. He came to the back door to go in, and a big box was outside the door. He did not know where the got such box, and he left it where it was.
