    looking for Our Lord that the robin left its breast on a drop of blood that Our Lord lost, to lead the soldiers astray. The blood stain was left on its breast and each robin after that has a red breast.
    The thrush is much bigger than the robin. She lays four big, blue and white eggs. Her nest is in a tree.
    The wagtail is the same size as the robin. She has a very long tail and her colour is black and white. She builds her nest in the side of a fence with moss and soft wet clay.
    The cuckoo, jackdaw, hawk and magpie, are all the same size. We hear the cuckoo's welcome note at
