  1. In olden times the old people used to work very hard. The old people used to get up very early and go out working every morning before the breakfast.
    At that time the old people used not have the same sort of food as we have now.
    Every morning they would go out working at seven o'clock, then they would come in to their breakfast at about nine o'clock. Most of the old people used have potatoes for their breakfast, they used also boil oatmeal for their dinner and this was called Bruchaun. They used also bake oatmeal cakes.
