  1. There is a graveyard in this locality, called Rappa graveyard. This is a Protestant graveyard. It is situated in between the townlands of Carrocrin and Rappa, and about three miles from the town of Ballina.
    In this graveyard there are a lot of tombstones.
    The oldest was erected in the year1813, to memory of Francis Knox, who was 87 years when he died. He was born in the year 1726. Annesley Knox died in the year 1887 and he was 85 years when he died. There is a tombstone over him and written on this is :-
    "They that trust in the Lord shall be as mount Zion which cannot be removed but abideth forever". There is a tombstone over Miss Emily Knox and on it is written "Weep not". "She
