  2. (1) Ring worm has two cures. Write the sufferer’s name in ink around the sore or rub a golden ring or sovereign on the sore while somebody says “In the name of the Father etc”.
    (2) Ericiples. Cure is known by eldest member of family. Herbs mixed with butter and then applied to sore as a plaster after the plaster is prayed over.
    (3)A burn. Two cures. Lick a “mankeeper” or rub the burn with one hand. A “man-
