    Mrs Willie Farrell is the name of the local dressmaker. Her house is situated in the village of Enniscoe on the Crossmolina-Lahardane road about a mile and a half from Crossmolina and two miles from Lahardane.
    She makes all ladies' and children's apparel such as coats, costumes, frocks and underwear.
    There are six dressmakers in Crossmolina but most of the women come to Mrs Farrell when they want garments made as she is regarded as the best dressmaker in the locality. Besides, her charges are moderate - often a few shillings less than others who are not so competent. Hence she is kept busy. For a lady's frock her fee is generally
