The Dandelion:
Purifies the blood. It is taken, scalded and washed well. Pieces of ham, vinegar, and hard-boiled eggs are then cut into chunks. The dressing is then poured over the dandelion.
The Dockan
Any one that has a sore, they take the [take] heart of the Dockan, hold it before the fire for two minutes, then they slap it between the the two hands. When this is done they clap on it on the sore.Shape on Herbs:
