    For instance the suits of olden days were far superior and the people wore them longer than the suits of now-a-days that are made of "shoddy". Shoddy is a mixture of all kinds of cloth.
    The clothes that the women wore were far superior to the ready-made dresses of today.
    The shoes were also firmer and better than they are now-a-days.
