- Bread
February
Long ago the bread was made in a pot which had three legs and was hung over the grate. There was a big fire under it and the flames rose over the pot.
In some parts of the country bread is still made in pots. If the flames do not rise over the top of the pot the bread wont rise.
The bread was made of milk and it was made of oat-meal and wheat-meal.
