For a little while so that it would get hard in very warm weather.
The butter is taken up with a little wooden saucer, and it is put into a big wooden dish. After that it is rinshed two or three times and then there is salt put into it, and it is rinched again. Then the butter is made into a couple of big rolls. The butter mild is used mostly for making bread. It is also used for making whey which is good for a cold.
