    but to judge from the arms carved on a Mac Gloin tombstone in Conwall it would appear they were suffragans of the Princely family of Maguire, of Fermanagh, for the arms carved on the tombstone of the Mac Gloins in Conwall are identical with the Maguires namely: Vert, a white horse fully comparisoned, thereon a knight in complete armour, on his helmet a plume of ostrich feathers and his right hand brandishing a sword.
