    "A burn."
    A person licks a "mankeeper" and then he has the cure. Immediately a burn occurs this person is got to lick the burn with his tongue and it prevents the blister rising.
    Another cure is to pour parrafin oil on it immediately after getting the burn.
    "Cure for Cold"
    A cure for a cold is to boil buttermilk and put sugar on it and take it when going to bed.
    "Warts."
    There are a number of cures for warts One is, if you met a stone unexpectedly with a small hole in it containing some water, the water is rubbed to the warts, something is dropped into the hole such as a pin, button etc, and a promise is made.
    Another cure is to put a fasting spittle on them for nine consecutive mornings.
    A third cure is to rub a black snail to the warts making the sign of the Cross. Then hang the snail on a whitethorn bush by pushing it well in on a thorn and according as the snail is withering the
