- The badger is a grey spotted animal with a short tail and a mouth and head much resembling that of a pig he also lives in a burrow under the ground. His food consists of the same food as the fox, and if the farmers knows where his burrow is they dig it out and kill this animal. His skin is very valuable it makes splendid furs for the ladies and so do the fox's skin.
