- Once there were three men, an Englishman, and Irishman and a Scotchman. They were employed by a Gentleman, and there came a time, when he could afford to keep only one of them.
He could not make up his mind as to which of them to dismiss - each one was such a good workman.
He thought of a plan - he gave them three questions to answer and he said he would keep whichever man gave the correct answers.
When they heard the questions they went home. The Englishman said they could not be answered at all and the Scotchman agreed with him.
Pat, the Irishman, said nothing. He had a brother at home named Mick - a twin - and no one could tell between them, they were so much like each other.(continues on next page)- Collector
