One November's Eve a young girl put her shoes under her bed in the form of a T and she said those words "I place my shoes in the form of a T hoping my true love for to see. The colour of his hair and the clothes he'll wear the day he'll be married to me." in her sleep she saw a man dressed in a brown suit. In the morning when she (was) awoke the quilt was turned inside out on the bed. About eight years after this strange dream she was married to teh same man and he was dressed in the same suit of clothes as he was when she saw him.

Once upon a time there was a man in the townland of Kilcuimin who was brought away by fairies and there was an old man left in his place. The man that they brought away would not eat any food and they had to let him home again. When he came home he could nearly do any thing he liked.
