dog. When he arrived home his mother frightened. There was a Catholic servant in the house and she told them to pay rounds and to go to Mass but this they would not do. Billy kept biting himself until he died.
After some time they sold their farm to the Cantillion family. Two of them came to live there and one night about twelve o'clock outside the hall door they heard the same barking and howling as Billy used to do before he died. They jumped out of bed as quickly as possible and slipped on their clothes. They had a job to get through as they had about thirty doors to open.
When they came out Billy's ghost was outside and they went to the neighbour's house as quickly as they could and he continued barking to the north of them. They remained there until the dawn of day and they went to their father and they told him the story.
