    There is also a fort in a Mr Duffy's field just outside the town and it is said that lights are seen shining in it on certain nights of the year. The old people say this rath was built by the fairies but I doubt if this is believed by all.
    Many tourists and travellers visit those old historic and interesting places annually and we are proud to have such interesting links with the historic past and hope they will always stand to remind us of the Ireland of long ago.
