    The Spire or solid tower about 20 feet in height on the top of the hill which is known as Castrownanty Spire. So it is said that It was used for hanging people on in Penal times. Iron are protruding from them the sides of which old rusty chains are attached. These stones are Grage Hortons and our connection with the historic past.
