    Sometimes a person may think that his cattle are overlooked. If he thinks so he should write the person's name who is overlooking on a piece of paper and burn it under the animals head.
    Any body that is born on Whit Sunday is inclined to kill some one during their life. There is a cure for this. If it is an animal put a mouse or chicken under its foot and let him kill it. If it is a person put any live creature in his hand and make him squeeze it to death.
    If a child was born after its father's death it is said to have the power to cure the septic mouth. The child would have to come to the person who would have the septic mouth three mornings after one another. It would have to breathe on the person three times each morning and say. In the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Ghost three times each morning.
