- In the Parish there are three church-yards: one in the yard of the parish church at Latton, another in the yard of the church at Bawn, and a third around the ruins of the old church at Killahere. These three graveyards are still in use, and the last
though the oldest is still sometimes used by the people of the two parishes Aughnamullen East, and Aughnamullen West. These three graveyards are not level but slope in a certain direction; Latton towards the West, while the other two slop towards (-) The first two graveyards are not been used for more than about sixty years, and in each of them there is plenty of spare ground.
