    Long ago the men challenged one another to a game of shoulder stone throwing. Five or six men stood together with a stone up over their shoulders. The man who threw the stone the furture[?] won the game. They best men at this were John Duffy, John Daly of Latton and Thomas Duffy who lives in Lisndarra.
