    It would take a tear from the hardest heart that ever beat.
    In a man to see those chidlren's parents that evening on the strand.
    Their parents were frantic and their mother's screaming wild. Saying God above where is my love my only darling child.
    And may the Lord receive their souls. They not with an awful doom to be taking away so suddenly.
    Are in their youth and bloom
    May God comfort their parents and friends who made implore to be left behind to mourn their loss.
    Who on earth can see no more
