- (continued from previous page)Whoever is at a spring well first in the morning will have good luck for the whole year. Some people would not give away anything out of their houses on May Day. They say it is not right; that they would be giving away their good luck.
- Any child that is born on Whit Sunday has bad luck the whole year round. The people start in March to put in the crop(potatoes). The twelfth of May is the last day for putting in the crop.
