  2. Sore feet in Summer can be cured by putting Elder leaves in the boots. Celery leaves stewed in beer is a cure for scurvy. Stewed Burdock or velvet leaves is a cure for a cough. To cure warts rub constantly with Ricketts blue. Barbara bark stewed in beer is a cure for jaundice. Boiled Robin-run-the-hedge is good for purifying the blood.
