    old woman called Stasia lived down in the cave. In the year of the "Big Snow" she was smothered on her way to one of the houses.
    There is also a rath on Ned Hogan's farm. It is a round shape. Every night the sound like churning is heard from twelve to one o'clock. It is dangerous to passs the rath at night.
    There is a moat called Rah in this parish where there is a great view of the country round.
