A brother & two sisters lived together. The brother was foolish & one of the sisters was kinder to him than was the other, supplying him with tobacco & pocket-money. The kind sister died & the other became more unkind.
He thought he would play a trick on her, so one night, he stole out a sheet & wrapped it round him. When the sister was asleep, he crept into her room & cried out loudly, "Keep tobacco with Patsy & nothing will happen you."
She thought it was her sister & gave Patsy money for tobacco whenever he wanted it.(10)
Willie Molloy lived near Mr Lannigam Grangemoclair, who whanter a farm-hand. The former thought he would take up the job, so the farmer asked him what work he could do. Willie said he could do everything. Mr Lannigan asked him if he could follow horses & Will asked, "In what direction, Sir?"
