    him. But then a strange hero - fury seemed to fill the heart of Setanta. Like a young lion he rushed upon the boys and chased them from the playing field, striking down fifty as they fled. After this wonderful exploit the boys felt a new respect for Setanta, and soon learned to love him. King Conor allowed him to join the company of young heroes, and before long he was the leader of them all.
