    parts of Kilkenny send their milk there. The creamery employs over one hundred and fifty hands. They are very careful in handeling the butter and are are required to wear white gloves while doing so.
    Every morning the creamery lorry delivers milk to all houses in Kilkenny. Every month an inspector is appointed to inspect the creamery and he always finds it spotlessly clean.
