  1. Boxty.
    Get about a dozen large potatoes. Peel them and then grate them. Then after grating them, you put them into a bag for the purpose and squeeze the moisture out of them. Then the grated potatoes, and some boiled potatoes are grated up. After mixing well get flour.
    There is nothing used to wet it. The moistness of the grated potatoes is enough. Mix the grated potatoes, boiled potatoes, flour and a little salt up well on a breadboard, and then put into an oven to cook. It takes an hour to do.
