  1. There are many roads in the townland of Crossard and in the district around.
    The Modubeagh road.
It was made shortly after the famine. The people who were left after the famine worked there on a relief scheme. It runs from Wolfhill School to Doyle's cross.
    Aughnagragie road.
This is a road from Baunogue school to Spink. Aughnagragie is an Irish word. There is a stream runs under a bridge on the road.
The Clay road stretches from Kyle to Aughadreen. It is made from clay. At first it was only a path through the fields. The road men built ditches and made a road there.
    The New Line.
