  2. About twenty yards from my home is a field, the property of Mrs. Gilligan. In it is a large rock which marks the place where a large quantity of gold is hidden. It is supposed to have been buried there since the time of the Danes. Once an attempt was made to unearth this treasure but all efforts where in vain.
    A man named Moran dreamed of it three nights in succession. He also dreamt that a man named Monahan would accompany him but Moran
