  1. In a neighbour's field there is a fort. Two children were gathering sheep for the night and they were going through a creep when one of them thought she heard music. She stopped and told the other one to listen. They saw a ring of small men and women who were playing music. The fairies were very old looking. After going round the fort a couple of times a small door opened in its side and they all disappeared into the fort. I heard of a man once who lived alone. He kept one cow. She strayed away on him. He was working in the fields one day near a fort. He got very tired
