There was a amn (naned) named Michael Daly of Coolbawn who was a great bowler. It is said that a better match was never seen in Ireland than one which he had with a man named Kane from the same district. From Dreeeny Bridge to Morgan's Gate the contest was very keen and a tremendous crowd followed it to the end.
