  2. Sore Eyes
    When people have sore eyes they wash them in the water of St Dermot's well.
    They also bathe them in cold tea.
    Headaches
    About 50 years ago Abbey Harlow from Roscommon had a cure for a head ache. She used to say certain prayers and tie a woollen thread on the person's head.
