- (continued from previous page)went slowly the sound stopped. He went on again and he heard it again. He looked in over the wall and he saw two men making a grave. He asked them what were they doing. As he spoke they disappeared. He looked all round but he could see nothing. He could not see the grave either. He never stood out late any more rambling.
- The was once a man who was very fond of being out late at night. One night he was coming home at it was very late. There was a very high hill about three miles from where he was rambling. It was said that every night after midnight there use to be ghosts seen in that place.
It was a very lonesome place also as there was no house for a few miles about. It just was about midnight that time. He did not know that there use to be ghosts in that place.
