    Every body looked forward to the great feast-day, Easter Sunday. On that morning, there was a "skillet" of eggs boiled in every house for breakfast. The members of the house used have a competition as to which of them would eat the most eggs. Tea was first used in this district about half a century ago. Basins and mugs were used before cups became common.
