  2. Many years ago when there were no creameries, there was a churn in every farm, for making butter, a large amount of which was sold. Up to a few years ago we had a small one, which was about two feet high, and one foot wide at the top. It was in use for five or six years. There was a spindle, on which were three beaters, going through the middle
