- In the parish of Caheragh and in the farm of James Crowley is an old graveyard. There are about ten small pillar-stones in this graveyard. There is also a great big pillar-stone in the middle of the graveyard; about twenty feet from this stone is another small stone, and between them are a great deal of small stones. There is also some kind of witing in this stone but no one was ever able make it out. In this graveyard St Colman was supposed to be buried, and from him Colomane is supposed to have got its name.
